It is a hot coconut bird nest and the portion is big enough for two person sharing. The taste is good but the coconut meat is too difficult to eat. Credit card payment can be only used if the total bill amount is more than 1000 baht.

I would recc the coconut bird nest (500Baht). Only hot option available. It’s abit too sweet to my liking but the coconut milk with bird nest was very fragrant and yummy! Would have give 5 stars if there is an option to choose sweetness level. My suggestion is to skip the normal bird nest soup. Nothing special and the soup was really mediocre. Just go for the coconut bird nest (or maybe papaya bird nest? Perhaps I will try this next time)

The shark fin soup was decent, though it could’ve been hotter. The bird’s nest was average. Service was pretty good — they served everyone complimentary chrysanthemum tea.

Nam Sing is a convenient and historic spot with plenty of pricing options. It’s especially worth a visit after dinner as a light, sweet tonic. They offer a selection of bird’s nest soups, graded from ~฿200 up to ฿1,000 per bowl depending on quality (white nest, red “blood” nest, almond milk versions) Toppings often include ginkgo, longan, and red dates to enhance sweetness/texture, especially in the rock-sugar or almond‑milk versions

Food was awesome, not the cheapest but the food we had was very fresh and tasty. First time trying this restaurant and love the food. Recommend to try it if you are there. Love the shark fin, fried fish was fresh and the coconut bird nest.
